n 1995 FSCSEARCH PTE LTD was established and the Hotel and Restaurant Management (HRM) Training Programme was launched. This unique programme matches the needs for students to gain valuable hands-on industry experience and at the same time offer the establishments' trained manpower on a regular basis.

Adopting total customer service policy and professionalism, FSC has gained the trust of hundreds of establishments in Singapore. Presently, our program includes internship to hospitality, engineering, retail and management industries.

Working directly with established government and private schools from countries such as Philippines, Indonesia, Korea, Nepal, Malaysia and People's Republic of China, FSC has successfully arranged internship for more than 3000 oversea students from these countries in Singapore. Both establishments and foreign students have greatly benefited from this unique recognized programme.
